Following are common Fares Specific questions.

 

Where can I find information about the new MyZone tickets and fares?

Where can I find fare information for trains?

You can find information on train fares on the Fares Information page. There is also a fare calculator so you can work out the correct fare between two points.

 

Is there an additional fare when alighting at the Airport Line Station?

If you intend to enter or exit at an Airport Line station, you will need to pay an additional Station Access Fee UNLESS the station is listed as an origin or destination station on your ticket. In this case, you can break your journey at any station en route between the origin and destination.

7 Day RailPass, FlexiPass, BusPlus and TravelPass tickets do not entitle the holder to enter or exit at any Airport Line station. If customers enter/exit at these stations, the cost of a GatePass must be paid.

How do I appeal a fare infringement notice?

No, cash fares paid on-board are non-refundable once the journey has commenced.
